Hi there! I am a mom of 2, and step mom to 2 more! I am graphic designer by trade but my heart lies with crafting. I started sewing in high school and knitting in my 20's, and I haven't stopped since. After creating blankies for both my children and seeing the joy it gives them, I decided to share that with other families.
I make everything myself and pick designs that are different, exciting, with a touch of punk!
As a mom with 2 children with disabilities, I want my kids to feel like their disabilities are assets, not something bad. I noticed there aren't a lot of toys for children with special needs. Kids need to feel normal in order to give them self confidence. I am hoping by giving them stuffies that match their uniqueness will give them that confidence.
I also believe that boys and girls should have more options than pink and blue. So I design my blankies to be gender neutral. The colors and patterns are designed to spark imagination and give comfort (or even create a fort!). My goal is for the child to express themselves and embrace the special qualities of their personalities, disabilities or special needs.
I aim to use the softest materials for the best blankies and stuffies.
Everything is prewashed in Dreft. Made in a pet free and smoke free environment.
My kids have both the Olli Punk Custom Stuffies and a Bag Buddy. They love them and keep them on their beds every night. My daughter Custom Stuffie is in her favorite colors and is a superhero with a happy liver on its belly because she is a liver transplant survivor! She loves that she has a doll just like her. It means so much because you can't find anything like this anywhere... and they are made so beautifully, I know she will cherish it always.
I bought a hand-knitted baby blanket from Olli's Blankie for friends who were new parents. It was beautifully made and so soft and cozy. The baby loved it right away and snuggled in for a nap. I was happy to find a unique, hand-made gift for my friends. Thanks, Olli!
I gave my friend a custom blankie based on the colors of his daughter's room. They loved it so much the dad sneaks naps with it as well!
