Velvet and I met in a Starbucks recently. It saw that I had ordered the gluten free cookie and it commented that it too was gluten free. After seeing how many people were having issues with gluten and Celiac Disease, it decided to make the switch and has been feeling great ever since. It likes to go out to the clubs and listen to funky music. So if you have an old record collection it would make a perfect friend for you.
